WCB 500 stabilized soil mixing plant easy to operate
On the basis of absorption advantages of domestic & foreign latest techniques, Hongway WCB stabilized soil mixing stations have been developed. It adopts computer control system with strong adaptable to the material, varieties of grading, high reliability, convenient operation, compact structure, reasonable layout, easy to installation, debugging & maintenance. It applies to any road & airport basic construction.
Operating principle: loading kinds of selected material such as lime, crushed gravel, loess, fly ash etc into the batching machine hopper, it will be delivered to the aggregate machine after weighing. Meanwhile, loading the stabilizer such as lime, cement into the powder storage bin, it will be delivered to the weighing hopper via spiral delivery and then it will be discharged after weighing. Finally, all the material delivery into the concrete mixer, the end product storage bin will temporary hold the mixed stabilized soil.
